This is the only plan in our 30 plus years of being in business that I remember doing a design with the garage in the center of the floor plan. We designed this home to fit on a small pie-shaped lot that was in a traditional subdivision with fairly large homes. For some reason the developer made this pie-shaped lot narrower at the building line than the others. This particular
home was to be featured in a Parade of Homes, so the builder wanted it to look similar to all of the other fine homes and not stand out. None of our existing designs would fit the lot so we mixed up a bunch of pancake batter and poured it on the lot and this is what came out of it.
